NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon nanotubes graphene inorganic zinc-rich paint involves (a) adding a solvent, slowly adding anti-settling agent, dispersing, adding polyvinyl butyral, dispersing carbon nanotube, grinding using grinding sand, filtering to remove grinding sand, adding zinc powder and graphene, adjusting using a solvent and packaging to obtain a component (I), (b) dripping water into resin and solvent, stirring, dripping hydrochloric acid, stirring, heating, adding solvent and packaging to obtain a component (II), and (c) mixing the component (I) and the component (II) with diluent. USE - Method is useful for preparing carbon nanotubes graphene inorganic zinc-rich paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and environmentally-friendly preparation of the carbon nanotubes graphene inorganic zinc-rich paint with excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing carbon nanotubes graphene inorganic zinc-rich paint involves (a) adding a solvent, slowly adding anti-settling agent under stirring condition, carrying out high-speed dispersion, adding polyvinyl butyral, uniformly dispersing carbon nanotube, grinding using grinding sand, filtering to remove grinding sand, adding zinc powder and graphene, adjusting using a solvent and packaging to obtain a component (I), (b) dripping water into resin and solvent under stirring state, stirring for 10-30 minutes, dripping hydrochloric acid, stirring for 10-30 minutes, heating at 40-50 degrees C under stirring condition, adding solvent to adjust and packaging to obtain a component (II), and (c) uniformly mixing the component (I) and the component (II) in a ratio of 50-60:40-50 with 10-30 wt.% diluent under stirring condition and leaving for 10-30 minutes to obtain the paint.
