NOVELTY - Electrically conductive film comprises aerogel. The aerogel comprises reduced graphene oxide particles and metal oxynitride fibers. USE - Electrically conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The electrically conductive film has high specific capacitance, energy density, long-term cycling stability and surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a supercapacitor, which comprises first electrode, second electrode, where first electrode and second electrode comprises electrically conductive film and electrolyte which is disposed and contacted between first electrode and second electrode; and (2) a method for making electrically conductive film, which involves forming dispersion, freeze drying dispersion, forming aerogel, compressing aerogel, exposing aerogel to nitrogen-containing reducing agent, converting graphene oxide particles into reduced graphene oxide particles and reducing metal oxide fibers to metal oxynitride fibers.
