NOVELTY - Production of conductive electromagnetic shielding and heat insulating composite material comprising base cloth, conductive PVC film and non-conductive reflective PVC film, where inner layer of material, is conductive PVC film, base cloth is terylene cloth and outer layer is non-conductive reflective PVC film, involves: A1) unwinding base cloth from unwinding device; A2) passing base cloth into impregnation tank for padding, where solution in tank, comprises fire retardant and deionized water in volume ratio 1:7 33; A3) shaping in oven,; A4) cooling in cooling device; B1) unwinding base fabric after flame retardant treatment, by unwinding device; B2) preparing slurry, performing anilox roller coating process; C1) forming conductive PVC film and non-conductive reflective PVC film by film calendaring; C2) respectively attaching conductive PVC film and non-conductive reflective PVC film to two sides of base cloth; C3) passing base cloth to coiling device and coiling. USE - Method is used for producing conductive electromagnetic shielding heat insulation composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared conductive electromagnetic shielding heat insulation composite material has improved flame retardant effect.
