NOVELTY - Preparing material comprises providing 7 wt.% modified epoxy resin, 3-10 wt.% acrylic resin, 0.1-3 wt.% graphene, 1-6 wt.% amino resin, 1-8 wt.% castor oil, 5-16 wt.% modified organic resin, 0.3-5 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 0.1-1 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 2-10 wt.% silicon carbide, 0.05-2 wt.% low molecular weight amine, and 3-12 wt.% nano silicon dioxide, adding deionized water into the magnetic stirrer, mixing and stirring at 900 revolutions/minute for 6 hours, coating self-drying for 24 hours, setting temperature to 15 degrees C, zero degree self-drying for 172 hours, hydrophilic contact angle is 12 degrees , wear-resistant dry-wet circulating for 1000 times, and hydrophilic contact can be prepared after 17-20 degrees . USE - The material is useful for cooling fan coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has properties of non-frosting and non-icing, strong thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
