▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene doped ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant coating fabric is claimed. The substrate of fabric has hydrophilic surface and surface of fabric is coated with flame retardant coating, and flame retardant coating is ammonium polyphosphate coated with graphene oxide sol. USE - Used as graphene doped ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant coating fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has excellent flame retardant property, simple preparation method and no-toxicity; is environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene doped ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant coating fabric comprising (i) using modified Hummers method to prepare graphene oxide, washing, and dialyzing to obtain graphene oxide hydrosol, where concentration of hydrosol is 30 mg/ml, and dialysis bag used in dialysis having molecular weight of 8000-14000 Da, (ii) dispersing ammonium polyphosphate in aqueous solution, and mixing by constant speed electric mixer to obtain concentration of 7.5-30 mg/ml ammonium polyphosphate dispersion, (iii) adding ammonium polyphosphate dispersion obtained in step (ii) into graphene oxide hydrosol obtained in step (i), stirring, and ultrasonically mixing to obtain graphene oxide doped ammonium polyphosphate coating agent, (iv) coating graphene oxide doped ammonium polyphosphate coating agent obtained in step (iii) on the surface of fabric by coating machine, double-sided coating, and drying each side coating at 100-150 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide doped ammonium polyphosphate coated fabric, and (v) immersing graphene oxide-doped ammonium polyphosphate coated fabric obtained in step (iv) in reducing agent solution, and performing reduction reaction at 80-95 degrees C to obtain graphene doped ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant coating fabric.
