NOVELTY - High sealing strength and heat resistant composite film, comprises an inner layer of thermoplastic resin film, a core layer, and an outer layer of heat-resistant film. The inner layer of the thermoplastic resin film includes a heat-sealing layer and a high-sealing protective layer wrapped on the outside of the heat-sealing layer. The heat-sealing layer is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive, and the material of the high-sealing protective layer is polyethylene. The anti-oxidizing layer is wrapped on the outside of the high-sealing protective layer, and the reinforcing layer is wrapped on the outside of the anti-oxidizing layer. The outer layer of the heat-resistant film is made of nylon 6 composite material. The nylon 6 composite material takes polyamide-6 as the base material, and obtained by blending nano-silica grafts and graphene oxide as the composite reinforcing material, and melt extrusion together with the antioxidant. USE - The high sealing strong heat-resistant composite film is useful for packaging food, medicine, e.g. oil, and pharmaceuticals. ADVANTAGE - The high sealing strong heat-resistant composite film has excellent sealing property and heat resistance, and excellent hydrophilicity and dispersibility, and is manufactured by simple and economical process.
