▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flexible tunable beam splitter comprises a structure unit array provided with a flexible transparent substrate. A transparent electrode is fixed on the flexible transparent substrate. An electro-chromic layer is fixed on the transparent electrode. A metal functional layer is provided with a periodic nano-column or nano-rod array structure. The splitter further comprises an electrolyte layer coated on the electrochromic layer, an ion storage layer covered on the electrolyte layer, a transparent top electrode covered on ion storage layer, and a flexible transparent top layer substrate covered on the transparent top electrode. USE - Used as flexible tunable beam splitter. ADVANTAGE - The splitter: has excellent beam splitting performance, low power consumption and low cost; and is easy to produce. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flexible tunable beam splitter.
