▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of tungsten sulfide/titanium dioxide/nitrogen-doped graphene nanocomposite material comprises dispersing graphene oxide uniformly in water by ultrasonic mixing, adding aniline and sodium lauryl sulfate, sonicating for 20-40 minutes, adding ammonium persulfate hydrochloric acid solution, stirring under ice bath for 12-24 hours, adding tungsten chloride, thioacetamide and titanium dioxide, mixing, adding to hydrothermal kettle under airtight conditions at 220-260 degrees C, reacting for 10-24 hours, washing precipitates repeatedly with deionized water and ethanol, and vacuum drying. USE - The method is used for preparing tungsten sulfide/titanium dioxide/nitrogen-doped graphene nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - Aniline is used to form polyaniline beads to expand graphene sheet structure to increase specific surface area of material. The preparation method is simple and low in cost. The nanocomposite material has two-dimensional flake structure.
