▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer comprises 100-200 mesh plastic particles, 0.5-1 wt.% silane coupling agent, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, addition type two-component vulcanized silicone rubber, and 1-3 wt.% additives, where the 100-200 mesh plastic particles are chosen from thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer (TPEE) polyester elastomer or polyester polyethylene terephthalate (PET), the additive is chosen from nano-silica or graphene, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer comprises not greater than 30 wt.% plastic particles, the total mass of the addition type two-component vulcanized silicone rubber and additives is 20-50% of the total mass of the 100-200 mesh plastic particles, the silane coupling agent and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. USE - The modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is used in wide temperature range high performance EVA composite foam material which is used in a foamed midsole (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has high and low temperature resistance, maintains high resilience, hardness, and is comfort at -15 to 40degrees Celsius. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer comprising mixing 100-200 mesh plastic particles and silane coupling agent at 85-95degrees Celsius for 50-70 minutes, and blending and granulating with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to obtain particles, blending the component (A) and the component (B) of the addition type two-component vulcanized silicone rubber with additive to obtain a blend (I) and a blend (II), granulating the blend (I), the blend (II) and the particles after banburying, and placing for more than 120 minutes to obtain a modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; (2) a wide temperature range high performance EVA composite foam material comprising 60-90 parts mass modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-20 parts mass polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, 5-10 parts mass acidic polyethylene-based copolymer, 5-10 parts mass anti-wear agent, 0.2-1 parts mass stearic acid, 0.2-1 part mass zinc stearate, 0.3-2 parts mass zinc oxide, 2-5 parts mass talc powder, 0.3-1.5 parts mass bridging agent, and 1.5-5 parts mass foaming agent, where the modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is the modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or the modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer prepared by the above-mentioned method; and (3) a method (i) for preparing the wide temperature range high-performance EVA composite foam material comprising mixing and mixing modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, acidic polyethylene-based copolymer, anti-wear agent, stearic acid, zinc stearate, zinc oxide, and talc powder, and turning the material for 4-5 times to obtain a mixture, adding the bridging agent and the foaming agent to the mixture to continue banburying, granulation, and cooling to obtain particles, subjecting the particles to small foaming to obtain a small foamed crude embryo, hot-pressing the small foamed rough embryos, cooling and shaping to obtain the product.
