The molybdenum disulfide nano/graphene material comprises graphene, sodium molybdate, thiourea and water, where mass ratio of the graphene, the sodium molybdate, the thiourea and the water is 1-10: 400: 600-700: 10000-30000. The substrate is a silicon substrate or glass substrate. USE - Pyrolytic carbon/molybdenum disulfide nanosheet/graphene composite material patterned micro-electrode for a micro-sensor and a micro-energy storage field. ADVANTAGE - The micro-electrode has electrochemical property, and can be applied in a micro-sensor and a micro-energy storage field.
