NOVELTY - The micro-electrode has a composite material photo-etched on a substrate. The composite material contains photoresist and molybdenum disulfide nano/graphene material, where mass ratio of the photoresist and the molybdenum disulfide nano/graphene material is 10-200: 1. The molybdenum disulfide nano/graphene material comprises graphene, sodium molybdate, thiourea and water, where mass ratio of the graphene, the sodium molybdate, the thiourea and the water is 1-10: 400: 600-700: 10000-30000. The substrate is a silicon substrate or glass substrate. USE - Pyrolytic carbon/molybdenum disulfide nanosheet/graphene composite material patterned micro-electrode for a micro-sensor and a micro-energy storage field. ADVANTAGE - The micro-electrode has electrochemical property, and can be applied in a micro-sensor and a micro-energy storage field.
