NOVELTY - Graphene tire comprising tread comprises 85-95 pts. wt. raw rubber, 1-5 pts. wt. hexagonal boron nitride, 1-5 pts. wt. white carbon black, 20-30 pts. wt. resin coal black, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.5-2 pts. wt. ultrafine aluminum silicate, 7-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerating agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. scorch retarder, 1-3 pts. wt. surfactant, and 15-20 pts. wt. halogenated butyl rubber latex. USE - Used as graphene tire comprising tread. ADVANTAGE - The tire has wear resistance property, durable degree, anti-tearing and anti-piercing break performance, enhances and prolongs the using period of the tread, and obviously reduces tread wear rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene tire comprising tread comprises (i) using deionized water for dispersing grapene oxide powder, adding reduction agent to graphene dispersion liquid, reacting, filtering and cleaning to obtain graphene precipitate, (ii) using graphene precipitate, adding organic solvent and stirring, obtaining graphene dispersion liquid, using halogenated butyl rubber latex added with graphene dispersion liquid and stirring until mixing evenly to obtain mixture liquid A, (iii) using mixture liquid A curing agent for removing solvent, then coagulating dry, to obtain graphene resin composite material, (iv) taking graphene resin composite material, hexagonal boron nitride, stearic acid, superfine aluminum silicate, anti-aging agent and scorch retarder, surfactant and adding with internal mixer, mixing for 5-7 minutes, at 50-70 degrees C, adding 1/2 resin black coal and 1/2 coal black mixing uniformly, (v) adding accelerating agent, remaining resin coal black and white coal black, two times for 6-8 min under 75-85 degrees C condition, obtaining original tread glue material, (vi) original tire glue material for supplying mixing, milling to obtain tread glue material, and (vii) carrying out extruding semi-finished product for tire glue material of composite in an extruder, to obtain semi-finished product.
