NOVELTY - Preparing molecularly imprinted material comprises subjecting a vinyl-containing silane coupling agent to a surface modification reaction with graphene oxide to obtain vinyl-functionalized graphene oxide, polymerizing vinyl functionalized graphene oxide with template molecules steviol glycoside RA, 4-vinylpyridine, 4-vinylbenzeneboronic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate in acetonitrile, removing the template molecules to obtain the molecularly imprinted material for the separation and purification of steviol glycoside RA. USE - The molecularly imprinted material is useful for separation and purification of steviol glycoside RA. ADVANTAGE - The molecularly imprinted material has excellent specific selectivity for the specific component of steviol glycoside RA. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for separating and purifying steviol glycoside RA, comprising packing the molecularly imprinted material in a column, and subjecting the sample solution containing steviol glycoside RA to column treatment.
