NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene carbon fiber conductive paper useful for fuel cell electrode, comprises sequentially adding graphene powder and surface active treatment solution into a stirring reactor, stirring at 500-1000 rotations/minute, then stirring at 2000-3000 rotations/minute for 30-90 minutes, reacting at 50 plus minus 5 degrees C to obtain graphene powder mixture, where the surface active treatment solution includes ethanol, pure water and silane coupling agent, adding chopped carbon fiber and surface active treatment liquid into stirring reactor, stirring and reacting to obtain chopped carbon fiber mixture. USE - The graphene carbon fiber conductive paper is useful for fuel cell electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method achieves batch production of the conductive paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing graphene carbon fiber conductive paper useful for fuel cell electrode, comprises: (i) sequentially adding graphene powder and surface active treatment solution (both in a weight ratio of 1:1-3) into a stirring reactor, stirring at 500-1000 rotations/minute for 3-6 minutes, then stirring at 2000-3000 rotations/minute for 30-90 minutes, reacting at 50 plus minus 5 degrees C to obtain graphene powder mixture, where the surface active treatment solution includes 40-60 pts. ethanol ( greater than or equal to 95 wt.%), 40-60 pts. pure water and 5-15 pts. silane coupling agent; (ii) adding the chopped carbon fiber and surface active treatment liquid into the stirring reactor (both in a weight ratio of 1 kg:1-3 kg), stirring at 500-1000 rotations/minute for 3-6 minutes, then stirring at 2000-3000 rotations/minute for 30-90 minutes, reacting at 50 plus minus 5 degrees C to obtain chopped carbon fiber mixture; (iii) adding the plant fiber wood pulp and water into a pulping machine (both in a weight ratio of 1:2-4), pulping at 2000-3000 rotations/minute to obtain plant fiber mixture; (iv) adding the treated graphene powder mixture, chopped carbon fiber mixture and plant fiber mixture (in a weight ratio of (2-3):(95-96):(2-3) into a refining mixing tank, mixing into slurry, sizing into aqueous phenolic resin, starting the grinding wheel mixer to run and stir, running for 1-2 hours, gradually decreasing the current until the solution reaches 30-40 degrees Schopper and no chopped fibers are observed, adding the remaining chopped carbon fiber mixture into the refining stirring tank, adding double volume of water, continuing to run for 1-2 hours, stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding retention aid, dispersant and hardening agent, continuing to stir for 20-40 minutes, adding the mixture into a pulp pool, adding 4-5 times amount of substances into the slurry pool, stirring for 1-2 hours for papermaking; and (v) running the papermaking machine, wetting the felt, adjusting the temperature of paper machine to 90-95 degrees C and speed to 600-700 rotations/minute, conveying the slurry into 3-5 m height slurry tank through slurry pump, pumping water through water pump, opening the valve, mixing, drying, forming and rolling.
