▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition comprises powder mixture consisting of 0.8 wt.% zinc, 0.06-0.11 wt.% phosphorus and balance of aluminum and adhesive resin in which powder mixture is uniformly dispersed and further comprising 0.01-0.4 pts. wt. graphene oxide based on 100 pts. wt. powder mixture. The adhesive resin comprises 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. substituted nitrogen based compound (I) 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. substituted fluorine based compound (II), 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. substituted sulfur based compound (III) and 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. nitrogen based moiety (IV). USE - The composition is useful in paint for preventing corrosion and enhancing durability of structures (calimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition improves adhesion strength and sagging of the film and has good physical properties i.e. elongation and bending resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composition comprises powder mixture consisting of 0.8 wt.% zinc, 0.06-0.11 wt.% phosphorus and balance of aluminum and adhesive resin in which powder mixture is uniformly dispersed and further comprising 0.01-0.4 pts. wt. graphene oxide based on 100 pts. wt. powder mixture. The adhesive resin comprises 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. substituted nitrogen based compound of formula (I) 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. substituted fluorine based compound of formula (II), 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. substituted sulfur based compound of formula (III) and 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. nitrogen based moiety of formula (IV). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for film adhesion method comprising (a) preparing graphene oxide-containing powder mixture by further mixing 0.01-0.4 pts. wt. graphene oxide based on 100 pts. wt. powder mixture consisting of 0.06-0.11 wt.% phosphorus and remaining amount of aluminum and 0.8 wt.% zinc, and (b) forming a film by spraying on the surface of the structure comprising 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. prepared graphene oxide-containing powder mixture, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. (I) and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. adhesive resin (II), 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. (III) and 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. (IV) are further mixed and uniformly dispersed in the composite adhesive resin.
