The modifier is a mixture of polyacrylate and tetraethyl orthosilicate. The polypropylene has a polymerization degree of 120-230. The fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer has a polymerization degree of 600-1000. The coupling agent is ethoxysilane coupling agent. The crosslinking agent is trimethylolpropane. USE - Fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer-modified cable material. ADVANTAGE - The fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer-modified cable material has excellent wear resistance, and prolongs the service life of the cable material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer-modified cable material comprises 10-18 pts. wt. ceramic granules, 0.001-0.003 pt. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. modifier, 30-45 pts. wt. polypropylene, 50-65 pts. wt. fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. coupling agent and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. crosslinking agent. The modifier is a mixture of polyacrylate and tetraethyl orthosilicate. The polypropylene has a polymerization degree of 120-230. The fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer has a polymerization degree of 600-1000. The coupling agent is ethoxysilane coupling agent. The crosslinking agent is trimethylolpropane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer-modified cable material, which involves treating ceramic granules with coupling agent, coating the coupling agent-treated ceramic granules with the modifier, mixing the coated ceramic granules with graphene, polypropylene, fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer and crosslinking agent, and extruding through an extruder to obtain the cable material.
