NOVELTY - The storage unit has a substrate and a self-assembled monolayer, where the self-assembled monolayer is arranged on the substrate. A graphene thin film is arranged on an upper side of the self-assembled monolayer. The substrate is aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide or hafnium oxide. The graphene thin film is a single-layer graphene thin film. The self-assembled monolayer is 3-ammonia propyl triethoxy silane to obtain single molecule layer structure. The self-assembled monolayer layer has a thickness of 2nm mm. USE - Storage unit. ADVANTAGE - The storage unit has high transparency and bending flexibility.
