NOVELTY - Self-made banana peel graphene polyethylene-raised temperature super heat-conducting anti-scaling ground heating pipe, comprises an outer layer heat conducting layer and an inner layer anti-scale layer. The outer layer heat conducting layer comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene-raised temperature resin, and 10-25 pts. wt. self-made banana peel graphene. The inner layer anti-scale layer comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene-raised temperature resin, 1-2 pts. wt. surface modified nano-titanium dioxide, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, and 1 pts. wt. color masterbatch. USE - Used as self-made banana peel graphene polyethylene-raised temperature super heat-conducting anti-scaling ground heating pipe. ADVANTAGE - The super-conducting anti-fouling ground heating pipe has a much better heat conduction effect than ordinary PERT heat-conducting floor heating pipes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of self-made banana peel graphene polyethylene-raised temperature super heat-conducting anti-scaling ground heating pipe comprising (i) mixing polyethylene-raised temperature resin, homemade banana peel graphene, and a small amount of diffusion oil through a high mixer at 400-500 revolutions/minutes for 10-15 minutes, and mixing the raw materials uniformly to obtain a mixture; (ii) passing the mixed mixture in A through a granulator at a speed of 400-450 revolutions/minute and a temperature of 170-185 degrees C, extruding and granulating into ultra-heat conductive colorant; (iii) mixing polyethylene-raised temperature resin, surface-modified nano titanium dioxide, antibacterial agent, and color masterbatch through a high mixer at 400-500 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, and mixing the raw materials uniformly to obtain a mixture; (iv) passing the mixed mixture in C through a granulator at a speed of 400-450 revolutions/minute and a temperature of 170-185 degrees C, extruding and granulating into anti-scaling layer with colored material; and (v) co-extruding the superconducting colored material granulated in B used as the outer layer, and the anti-scaling layer colored material granulated in D used as the inner layer through the double-screw extruder at a temperature of 190-230 degrees C.
