NOVELTY - The transparent conductive graphene film comprises a metal plate (100) and a graphene (200) that is equipped in the metal plate. A substrate (300) is provided with metal oxide solution. A graphene transparent conduction layer (400) is provided, which is equipped an upper side of the substrate. A metal oxide layer (500) is provided, which is equipped in the graphene transparent conduction layer. A metal oxide is combined with the graphene surface. The substrate is made of glass, glass wafer, silicon wafer and plastic. USE - Transparent conductive graphene film for use in plasma-display panel, liquid crystal display device, organic electroluminescent device, touch panel or solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The transparent conductive graphene film comprises a metal plate and a graphene that is equipped in the metal plate, and thus enables improving conductivity of a transparent conductive graphene film by doping effect of the metal oxide, and enables protecting the graphene from the external stimulation and chemical substance, and enables improving durability, heat resistance and high temperature wet-proof property of a transparent conductive graphene film, and also improving reliability of the graphene electrode.
