▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing vertical oriented graphene by using carbon dioxide and methane as raw materials, involves (a) pre-heating the substrate material needed to grow the substrate to 300-700℃, (b) introducing the mixed gas of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4), where the ratio is between 1:2-8:3, and the pressure is maintained at 10-50 Pa, and (c) under the condition of microwave plasma excited by the microwave power supply, the mixed air of CO2 and CH4 starts to grow vertically oriented graphene on the surface of the substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing vertical oriented graphene by using carbon dioxide and methane as raw material, which is useful in gas sensor and photo-catalysis field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare vertical oriented graphene that has high value for reducing greenhouse gas emission.
