▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has a silicon dioxide substrate provided with a silicon layer, which is equipped with two parallel graphene ridge type optical waveguides, where each graphene ridge type optical waveguide is provided with two silicon waveguide layers. The silicon waveguide layer region is equipped with two graphene layers and an alumina isolation layer, which is made of aluminum oxide, where thickness of the graphene layer is about 0.34 nm, and the alumina isolation layer is provided with thickness of about 7 nm. USE - Graphite alkene electro-optic modulator structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure realizes utilizing simple graphene ridge type waveguide so as to achieve simple structure, and has simple manufacturing technique and high extinction ratio. The structure has better miniaturization effect, high level of integration, high-speed potential and wide application prospect in optical fiber communication and optical interconnection system.
