NOVELTY - A high elastic graphene composite aerogel is formed by connecting multiple metal chloride intercalation graphene nano-wall. The intensity ratio (ID/IG) of the graphene nano-wall is less than 0.05. The content of multiple metal chloride is more than 50 %mass of total mass of composite aerogel. USE - High elastic graphene composite aerogel used in sensing, heat conduction and catalysis application. ADVANTAGE - By intercalating metal chloride multi component into two-dimensional interlayer in graphene aerogel wall, using the high-entropy properties of multiple metal chloride component to strengthen the crosslinking of soft carbon structure in the graphene aerogel, and endowing the graphene aerogel with high elasticity. Due to the interlayer intercalation of multiple metal chloride, it can greatly increases the carrier concentration of the graphene sheet unit, and ensures the reflection of electromagnetic waves for ensuring excellent electromagnetic shielding ability of the composite aerogel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high elastic graphene composite aerogel, which involves placing graphene aerogel and multiple anhydrous metal chloride in a glass tube for vacuum sealing, heating at high temperature to ensure intercalation of chloride component, taking out intercalated graphene aerogel, and washing the excess metal salt impurities.
