NOVELTY - High heat dissipation power conduit comprises 100-200 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 30-60 pts. wt. polyurethane elastomer, 40-70 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. polycaprolactone, 10-20 pts. wt. styrene acrylonitrile copolymer, 3-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 10-15 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.08-0.12 pts. wt. pigment, 5-8 pts. wt. coupling agent and 40-80 pts. wt. radiating fiber. The radiating fiber comprises intermediate phase asphalt base carbon fiber, aramid fibers and boron nitride with a mass ratio of 1:(0.3-0.5):(0.1-0.4). USE - The high heat dissipation power conduit is useful as cable sheath for protecting cable from outside damage ensuring safety of electricity utilization in city large-scale construction and road burying in city. ADVANTAGE - The high heat dissipation power conduit has good radiating performance, light weight, low temperature resistance, high mechanical strength and size stability and excellent impact, creep and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high heat dissipation power conduit, comprising (i) mixing high-density polyethylene, polyurethane elastomer and polycarbonate, polycaprolactone and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, pigments, antioxidants and flame retardants uniformly to make the primary material; and (ii) dissolving the coupling agent, adding radiating fiber, pre-treating at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, mixing with the primary material after drying, extruding and molding.
