NOVELTY - A heavy anticorrosive coating comprises 35-50 wt.% silicone modified epoxy resin, 10-20 wt.% high-temperature resistant heat-conducting filler, 15-35 wt.% high-temperature resistant filler, 5-10 wt.% anti-rust pigment, 3-6 wt.% graphene-coated titanium nano-polymer slurry, 3-6 wt.% additive, and 5-25 wt.% solvent. USE - Heavy anticorrosive coating used for chemical heat exchanger pipe, flue gas heat exchanger tube, salt heating distillation pipe, solar heat collector tube, and outer wall. ADVANTAGE - The heavy anticorrosive coating has excellent thermal conductivity of 51.83 W/(m.K), high-temperature resistance up to 400 degrees C, resistance to cold and heat, adhesive force and high-temperature corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of heavy anticorrosive coating, which involves uniformly pre-mixing resin and additive, adding graphene-coated titanium nano-paste, uniformly mixing, adding powder material and solvent, grinding till the fineness is less than 40 microns, filtering and packing to obtain finished product of coating component, when the amine curing agent is mixed at normal temperature to form a film at room temperature, or directly calcined at 180 degrees C for 1-2 hours to form a film.
