NOVELTY - Preparing supported platinum-based catalyst involves dispersing carbon powder in ethanol solution to obtain carbon slurry, dispersing the platinum precursor ethanol solution in the carbon slurry, or dispersing the ethanol solution of the platinum precursor and the second component metal precursor in the carbon slurry, immersing fully metal precursor in the carbon carrier to obtain a precursor-carbon slurry mixed solution, where the carbon powder concentration is 0.8-2 mg/ml ethanol, the second component metal is nickel, cobalt, copper, ruthenium, palladium, iridium and gold, and the molar ratio of the platinum to the second component is 10:1-1:3, dropping the reducing agent ethanol solution to the obtained precursor-carbon slurry mixed solution under stirring conditions, stirring the reaction continuously after the reaction is finished, washing, and drying to obtain supported platinum-based single-component or double-component nanocatalyst. USE - Method for preparing supported platinum-based catalyst used as 1-5C organic small molecule electrochemical oxidation catalyst or oxygen reduction reaction catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared supported platinum-based catalyst has high catalytic activity, good stability and difficult agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing supported platinum-based catalyst involves dispersing carbon powder in ethanol solution to obtain carbon slurry, dispersing the platinum precursor ethanol solution in the carbon slurry, or dispersing the ethanol solution of the platinum precursor and the second component metal precursor in the carbon slurry, immersing fully metal precursor in the carbon carrier to obtain a precursor-carbon slurry mixed solution, where the carbon powder concentration is 0.8-2 mg/ml ethanol, the second component metal is nickel, cobalt, copper, ruthenium, palladium, iridium and gold, and the molar ratio of the platinum to the second component is 10:1-1:3, dropping the reducing agent ethanol solution to the obtained precursor-carbon slurry mixed solution under stirring conditions, stirring the reaction continuously after the reaction is finished, washing,and drying to obtain supported platinum-based single-component or double-component nanocatalyst, where the amount of the mixed solution is 50 ml, the speed at which the reducing agent ethanol solution is added dropwise to the mixed solution is 0.1-1 ml/minutes, the stirring rate is 400-1000 revolutions per minute, the reducing agent is sodium borohydride, potassium borohydride, lithium borohydride and ascorbic acid, and the concentration of the reducing agent solution is 0.05-0.1 mmol/ml ethanol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a catalyst prepared by the preparation method.
