NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium iron phosphate involves mixing iron source, lithium source, carbon source and graphene quantum dot material, grinding, dispersing, calcining the dispersed material using tubular furnace in a flow rate atmosphere, ball milling and sieving of the calcined product. USE - Preparation of lithium iron phosphate used in battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare lithium iron phosphate, which has excellent electrochemical performance and improved energy density, and is simple, convenient, and suitable for mass production. The conductivity of the graphene quantum dot material is excellent, providing more conductive sites for the battery material, which is conducive to the transport of electrons during the battery cycle, increases the activity of the reaction, improves the short board with poor conductivity of lithium iron phosphate, and exerts better performance. The method is suitable for industrialization, and increases the circulation performance of the assembled battery.
