▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of polypropylene fiber involves weighing graphene oxide dispersion liquid and ethylenediamine in a mass ratio of 10:1-15:1 and then reacting, adding water to the mixture in a mass ratio of 1:100-1:180 and then stirring, adding organic bentonite and then filtering, adding expanded graphite and caprolactam and then stirring, adding 10-15 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. initiator and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. catalyst and then reacting, adding nylon 6 and then pelletizing, adding 40-50 pts. wt. polypropylene masterbatch, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 4-6 pts. wt. dispersant and 2-4 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and then stirring and extruding. USE - The method is useful for preparation of polypropylene fiber, which is useful in polymer conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polypropylene fiber with excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical property.
