NOVELTY - A flame-retardant reinforced integrated natural rubber comprises 50-80 parts mass natural rubber, 20-50 parts mass flame retardant modified epoxidized natural rubber, 1-5 parts mass chlorinated graphene, 1-4 parts mass stearic acid, 3-5 parts mass zinc oxide, 2-4 parts mass N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide, 1-3 parts mass N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, 10-30 parts mass carbon black, 1-3 parts mass sulfur and 2-10 parts mass liquid paraffin. USE - Flame-retardant reinforced integrated natural rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The integrated natural rubber has excellent dispersibility of flame retardant and graphene, and has excellent flame retardance and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flame-retardant reinforced integrated natural rubber, which involves performing plastic refining of natural rubber in a mill, adding the obtained product with stearic acid, zinc oxide, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, carbon black, liquid paraffin, flame-retardant modified epoxidized natural rubber and sulfur in turn, kneading evenly and making into package and slicing, and then vulcanizing with a flat vulcanizer at 130-160 degrees C under the pressure of 10-18 MPa.
