NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene fluoroplastic heat exchanger involves preparing modified graphene fluoroplastic raw materials, fins, seals and graphene coatings required for manufacture of heat exchangers, and calculating modified graphene fluoroplastic raw materials required for heat exchangers of different sizes and specifications weight; selecting heat exchangers of different specifications to make molds, and complete inspections of molds to ensure integrity and cleanliness of molds, ensuring quality of heat exchangers produced, after inspection is completed, applying release agent on surface of molds; injecting modified graphene fluoroplastic raw materials into heat exchanger mold, and injecting raw materials in high temperature environment, cooling entire heat exchanger mold to form heat exchanger, molding, taking out modified graphene fluoroplastic heat exchanger and check defects on the surface of modified graphene fluoroplastic heat exchanger. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene fluoroplastic heat exchanger. ADVANTAGE - The method for preparing modified graphene fluoroplastic heat exchanger helps in improving applicability of heat exchanger, has good thermal conductivity, which greatly improves heat exchange performance of heat exchanger.
