NOVELTY - The shifter has an optical fiber device formed in a leakage mode site and covered with a graphene thin film (1). The optical fiber device is connected with a micron diameter optical fiber (2), a D-type optical fiber and a surface core optical fiber. The optical fiber device is connected with an auxiliary graphene light driving full-optical phase shifter. A light energy leakage part is connected with an outer side part of the optical fiber device. The optical fiber device is operated in a leakage site transmission mode for generating a different wave length driving light signal. USE - Auxiliary graphene light driving full-optical phase shifter for use in an optical fiber communication and signal processing area. ADVANTAGE - The shifter is simple and compact in structure, inexpensive and easy to operate, and reduces energy consumption rate.
