NOVELTY - Phase change microsphere has a core-shell structure, the shell layer is a graphene hollow microsphere, and the core is a phase change material. USE - Phase change microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The phase change microsphere has improved thermal response speed of the storage fabric, high thermal conductivity of graphene effectively promotes environment and material and material heat exchange with the surface of human body, improves the service life, high conductivity, and antibacterial, anti-ultraviolet and far infrared emission property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a phase change microsphere, which involves drying a single-layer graphene oxide dispersion having a size of 1-50 mu m by an atomization drying method to obtain graphene oxide microspheres having a carbon-oxygen ratio of 3-6 to obtain graphene oxide microspheres; subjecting the obtained graphene oxide microspheres in a tube furnace, raised to above 1000 degrees C with heating rate of 5 degrees C/minute and kept for 1 h to obtain graphene hollow microspheres; mixing 100 pts. wt. phase change material and 5-10 pts. wt. graphene hollow microspheres, heating until the phase change material is melt, stirring for 10-60 minutes, standing for vacuum defoaming for 1 hour, and then pressure filtration and cooling to obtain phase change microspheres; and (2) a multifunctional phase change thermostat fiber, which comprises a polymer and phase change microspheres dispersed in a polymer.
