NOVELTY - Oiling middle-phase pitch fibers comprises placing the two oils, where the first is a surface-wetting modified oil modified with nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots, and the second channel is a water-soluble colloid of mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber ultrafine powder, and the first oil is a nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot modified surface wetting modifier, the oil contact length is 5-20 mm, and the second is water-soluble colloid of mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber ultrafine powder and using mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber itself as a raw material, after the first oil is applied, the second oil is applied and the contact length of the second oil is 2-10 cm, the temperature of both oils is 10-40 degrees C, and the asphalt yarn is oiled on the two oil rollers, where the interval is 5-30 cm, after oiling, the winding is wound on a winder, and the winding speed is 50-300 m/minute. USE - The method is useful for oiling middle-phase pitch fibers. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts the two oils are and mesophase pitch fiber bundle, which has good bundling property and oxidizes in subsequent oxidation process, and emsures the bundle of tow better after the low temperature carbonization of 400-600 degrees C; and improves the subsequent bundle with high temperature heat treatment and weaving processability.
