NOVELTY - Electroluminescent device comprises a bottom electrode (2), a top electrode (8) and a light emitting layer (5) and a carrier transport layer disposed between the top electrode and the bottom electrode, a conductive polymer layer (6) is further provided between the light emitting layer and the carrier transport layer, where the material of the conductive polymer layer comprises a doped conductive polymer. USE - Electroluminescent device used in display device (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material of the conductive polymer layer comprises a doped conductive polymer, so the conductivity of conductive polymer is greatly improved after doping, and is inserted between the light emitting layer and the carrier transport layer to improve the transmission of the carrier by improving the carrier composite efficiency,so that the efficiency and the brightness of the device are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of electroluminescent device which involves preparing a carrier transport layer on the bottom electrode; preparing a conductive polymer layer on the carrier transport layer; preparing a light emitting layer on the conductive polymer layer; and preparing a top electrode on the light emitting layer to obtain the electroluminescent device; or preparing a light emitting layer on the bottom electrode; preparing a conductive polymer layer on the light emitting layer; preparing a carrier transport layer on the conductive polymer layer; and preparing a top electrode on the carrier transport layer, to obtain the electroluminescent device; where the material of the conductive polymer layer comprises a doped conductive polymer.
