▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing zero-quantified volatile organic compound (VOC) aqueous coating, comprises: (i) preparing materials comprising 10-95 pts. wt. aqueous dispersion resin, 0.1-60 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.01-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 0-5 pts. wt. deionized water, where the D50 particle diameter range of the aqueous dispersion resin is 1-80 nm, preferably 40-65 nm, the polydispersity index (PDI) (Mw/Mn) is less than 1.2, preferably less than 1.05, and the aqueous resin main chain is a linear structure and exhibits mono-dispersion characteristics; (ii) adding aqueous dispersion resin and auxiliary agent into a dispersion machine, and dispersing at a temperature of ≤ 40℃ for more than 20 minutes to obtain a first mixture; (iii) adding the first mixture into a sand mill, grinding, dispersing, and filtering; and (iv) adding the curing agent into the first mixture, filtering and packaging to obtain the zero-quantified VOC aqueous coating. USE - The zero-quantified volatile organic compound (VOC) aqueous coating is useful on metal surfaces (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous dispersion resin does not additionally require a cosolvent, and maintains low viscosity and high curing rate characteristics of resin, simultaneously using infrared curing baking mode to prepare environment-friendly coating, coating gloss is increased by 20% than heating baking mode gloss, significantly improves coating adhesive force, impact resistance, water boiling resistance and corrosion resistance, achieves real zero VOC discharge, and improves environment friendly performance of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing zero-quantified volatile organic compound (VOC) aqueous coating, comprises: (i) preparing materials comprising 10-95 pts. wt. aqueous dispersion resin, 0.1-60 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.01-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 0-5 pts. wt. deionized water, where the D50 particle diameter range of the aqueous dispersion resin is 1-80 nm, preferably 40-65 nm, the polydispersity index (PDI) (Mw/Mn) is less than 1.2, preferably less than 1.05, and the aqueous resin main chain is a linear structure and exhibits mono-dispersion characteristics, the glass resin temperature (Tg) is less than 41℃, the minimum film forming temperature (MFFT) is less than (Tg -3℃), and the conductivity of deionized water is ≤ 5 μs/cm; (ii) adding aqueous dispersion resin and auxiliary agent into a dispersion machine, and dispersing at a temperature of ≤ 40℃ for more than 20 minutes and limiting speed of more than 10 m/second obtain a first mixture; (iii) adding the first mixture of step (ii) into a sand mill, grinding and dispersing, filtering, where the average grain diameter of the first mixture is ≤ 10 μm; and (iv) adding the curing agent into the first mixture, filtering and packaging to obtain the zero-quantified VOC aqueous coating.
