▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A reaction type flame-retardant ceramic powder comprises 50-100 parts mass refractory filler, 1-50 parts mass multistage fluxing agent, 0-50 parts mass flame retardant, 0.5-5 parts mass silane coupling agent, 0.5-10 parts mass hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0-5 parts mass vinyl silicone oil, and platinum catalyst having a platinum content of 10-300 ppm. USE - Reaction type flame-retardant ceramic powder is used in ceramic organosilicone elastomer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reaction type flame-retardant ceramic powder has excellent compatibility and processability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the ceramic powder, which involves weighing a silane coupling agent, taking water and ethanol as solvent, using acetic acid or hydrochloric acid to adjust pH to 3-5, stirring and hydrolyzing for 30-60 minutes, adding the refractory filler, fluxing agent, and flame retardant to a mixer, adding the silane coupling agent solution, mixing, heating for 60-120 minutes at 120 degrees C, adding the platinum catalyst, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, and vinyl silicone oil, and heating and reacting for 30-60 minutes at 120 degrees C; and (2) ceramic organosilicone elastomer comprising 15-80 wt.% reaction type flame-retardant ceramic powder, and having a limiting oxygen index of more than 30% and a flue-gas toxicity grade of not less than ZA2 grade.
