▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An anti-corrosion coating comprises adhesive component A and a curing agent component B. A comprises 40-60 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 20-30 pts. wt. phenol formaldehyde epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. alicyclic modified epoxy resin, 15-30 pts. wt. polyfunctional active diluent, 6-8 pts. wt. sericite, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3-5 pts. wt. borate microspheres, 20 -30 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide and 30-50 pts. wt. absolute ethyl alcohol or analytically pure acetone solvent. B comprises 80-100 pts. wt. room temperature curing agent and 10-15 pts. wt. absolute ethyl alcohol or analytically pure acetone. The viscosity of bisphenol A type epoxy resin is 5000-10000 mPa.s at 25 degrees Celsius, and viscosity of phenol formaldehyde epoxy resin is 1000 to 3000 mPa.s at 150 degrees Celsius. The viscosity of alicyclic modified epoxy resin is 500 to 1000 mPa.s at 25degrees Celsius and viscosity of polyfunctional reactive diluent is 30 to 600 mPa.s at 25degrees Celsius. USE - The anticorrosive coating is used as paint in the harsh atmospheric marine environment. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance graphite alkene heavy anti-corrosion coating has high base material adhesive force, toughness, barrier property, salt mist resistance, humidity resistance and acid resistance when compared with similar other material coatings. The coating adjusts with the the construction period, and simultaneously reacts with the resin matrix to form a compact cross-linked network. By using the coating, the corrosion protection problem caused in equipment used in atmospheric and marine environments, is prevented. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (I) preparation of primer-topcoat integrated high-performance graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive paint. The method involves: 1) placing sericite, white carbon black, borate microspheres and zirconium dioxide in an oven and drying for more than 4 hours at 80-100degrees Celsius, cooling to room temperature, and filtering by a 120-mesh filter sieve for later use; 2) dissolving phenol-formaldehyde resin using solvent, at normal temperature, then sequentially adding bisphenol A epoxy resin, alicyclic modified epoxy resin and active diluent, and uniformly stirring; 3) uniformly mixing graphene, dried white carbon black, sericite, borate microspheres and zirconium dioxide at normal temperature for later use; 4) adding the filler uniformly mixed in step 3, to the resin mixed in step 2, and stirring for 40-120 minutes by using a pneumatic stirrer until the state is uniform; 5) adding 2-3 mm glass beads into the uniformly stirred coating obtained in step 4, and grinding for not less than 40 minutes; 6) filtering the mixture by using a 120-mesh filter screen after grinding, and packaging it for later use; 7) preparation of component B: mixing the room temperature curing agent and solvent, stirring for 40-120 minutes by using a pneumatic stirrer, and packaging for later use. (II) forming process of the primer-topcoat anticorrosive coating. The coating can be used for various forming processes such as spraying, brushing and dip-coating according to the actual workpiece state.
