▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A low smoke graphite-based intumescent flame retardant coating comprises 100 pts. wt. aqueous film-forming substrate, 200-250 pts. wt. intumescent flame retardant, 20-30 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.001-1 pt. wt. graphene-based material, 1-2 pts. wt. additive, and 200-250 pts. wt. water. USE - Low smoke graphite-based intumescent flame retardant coating used for wood, steel and fiber. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environment-friendly, and has long burning time, good mechanical strength, water resistance and weatherability, smooth surface effect, simple and easy to operate preparation process, and low smoke and toxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating comprising mixing water, intumescent flame retardant, graphene-based material and titanium dioxide, grinding at 1400 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes, adding aqueous film-forming substrate and additive, low speed stirring for 30 minutes, sieving, and discharging.
