▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Resistive touch screen comprises 5 layers in structure from the outside to the inside are AR anti-reflection film (1), conductive shielding film (2), indium tin oxide (ITO) upper electrode film (3), ITO lower electrode glass (4) and heating film (5). Both the ITO upper electrode film and the ITO lower electrode glass are added with ITO modified materials and doped tin dioxide. The ITO modified material comprises 50-100 pts. wt. nano-ITO, 200-500 pts. wt. dispersion medium, 5-10 pts. wt. halloysite nanotubes, 10-40 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol (PEG)2000, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nicotinamide, 1.2-2 pts. wt. ferric oxide, and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. oleic acid. USE - The resistive touch screen is useful in harsh environments (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The screen: has excellent mechanical properties, optical properties, heat insulation properties and heat resistance properties, and wide application prospect; improves the conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance of the ITO upper electrode film and the ITO lower electrode glass by adding modified ITO materials; obtains resistive film through a 5-layer structure, which has strong electromagnetic interference shielding, low temperature resistance and strong light resistance and other applications in harsh environments. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the resistive touch screen in harsh environments (Drawing includes non-English language text).
