▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced ceramic involves adding ceramic powder, sintering aid and aqueous titanate-modified graphene to ethanol, performing ultrasonic dispersion, ball-milling, drying and sintering. The aqueous titanate-modified graphene is prepared by dissolving aqueous titanate in water, adding graphene powder, carrying out ultrasonic treatment in magnetic field, carrying out distillation or vacuum distillation on obtained graphene dispersion liquid in an external magnetic field to obtain graphene concentrate, and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene-reinforced ceramic used for sensors, electromagnetic screens, electric heating elements, heat-conducting materials and energy storage electrodes used in aerospace, electronic, chemical engineering and energy fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-reinforced ceramic having compressive strength of 900-1100 MPa, bending strength of 400-450 MPa, thermal conductivity of 60-150 W/m.k, and excellent ceramic semiconductor characteristics, electroconductivity and electrochemical characteristics.
