NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-titanium dioxide-hypocrellin ternary composite system involves oxidizing graphene by using strong oxidizing agent to obtain a product. Product is washed with hydrochloric acid and dispersed in distilled water to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution with negative electricity surface. Titanium dioxide nano particle aqueous solution with positive electricity surface is prepared by using sol-gel method. Graphene oxide (GO) is mixed with distilled water and hypocrellin (HA) at constant temperature for 24 hours to form HA-GO compound. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-titanium dioxide-hypocrellin ternary composite system used for preparing medicine for photodynamic therapy (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method increases active oxygen producing capacity of hypocrellin, enables to prepare raphene oxide-titanium dioxide-hypocrellin ternary composite system has low toxicity and improved dispersibility.
