NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified polypropylene transmission slider material comprises e.g. dispersing the graphene in first organic solvent to obtain graphene dispersion, dispersing silane coupling agent in second organic solvent to obtain hydrophilic coupling agent dispersion, mixing the graphene dispersion with dispersion of hydrophilic coupling agent, stirring, heating under the protection of inert gas, carrying out vacuum drying to remove the organic solvent, washing to obtain modified graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified polypropylene transmission slider material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transmission slider material has good mechanical performance and meets each standard, especially impact strength can reach 25KJ/m2 and high impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified polypropylene transmission slider material comprises (i) dispersing the graphene in first organic solvent to obtain graphene dispersion, (ii) dispersing silane coupling agent in second organic solvent to obtain hydrophilic coupling agent dispersion, (iii) mixing the graphene dispersion with dispersion of hydrophilic coupling agent, stirring, heating to 120-180 degrees C under the protection of inert gas, carrying out vacuum drying to remove the organic solvent, washing to obtain modified graphene, (iv), adding polypropylene, polypropylene-grafted-maleic anhydride (PP-g-MAH), filler, polyorthoester and modified graphene oxide and mixing uniformly, adding into double screw extruder, preparing plastic master batch, extruding granulation temperature at 180-230 degrees C, screw rotating at 30-200 rotations/minutes.
