▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Zinc oxide nanorods are oriented and integrated with a graphene sheet in the longitudinal-direction end surface. USE - Zinc oxide nanorods are used for oscillators and sensors (all claimed) e.g. piezoelectric sensors and chemical sensors. Can also be used for UV-ray light-emitting device, photocatalysts, and dye-sensitized solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The zinc oxide nanorods oriented in a single direction can be manufactured by a simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of zinc oxide nanorod, which involves forming oriented zinc oxide nanorods by hydrothermal synthesis on graphene sheet.
