NOVELTY - A new-type heat sensitive paper comprises paper base layer, bottom coating layer, graphene coating layer and color developing layer and a protective layer from bottom to top. The component of the bottom coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. filler (A), 10-20 pts. wt. glass fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. adhesive and 15-30 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Thermo-sensitive paper used in food, logistics, lottery, medical and other industries e.g. paper, recording paper and copying paper. ADVANTAGE - The heat sensitive paper uses flaky filler and glass fiber as bottom coating, increases smoothness of bottom coating and printing precision, sensitivity, also improves heat resistance of the bottom coating, corrosion resistance, using graphene coating to protect bottom coating, improves wear resistance, service life of heat insulation and heat-sensitive paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of new-type heat sensitive paper, which involves (S1) mixing and stirring filler (A), glass fiber, adhesive and dispersant at a high speed of 3000-5000 rpm.second, the stirring time is 10-20 minutes to obtain the bottom coating liquid, (S2) coating the uniformly dispersed bottom coating liquid on the paper base layer, and drying to obtain the bottom coating layer, (S3) mixing and stirring graphene, modified resin, dispersant and solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring speed is 1300-1500 rpm.second and the stirring time is 2-3 hours, continuously adding curing agent and defoamer, stirring speed is 900-1300 rpm.second, the stirring time is 1-2 hours to obtain graphene coating liquid on the bottom coating, (S4) coating the uniformly dispersed graphene coating liquid on the bottom coating, and drying to obtain the graphene coating, (S5) coating the coloring layer on the graphene layer, drying to obtain the protective layer, (S6) coating the coating of the protective layer on the color emitting layer, drying to obtain the protective layer and (S7) through the hot pressing process and the paper base layer, the bottom coating layer, the graphene coating layer, the color emitting layer, the protective layer are compounded together.
