▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyamide material comprises 88-92 pt. wt. polyamide 66, 8-12 pt. wt. polypropylene, 25-30 pt. wt. modified filler, 8-12 pt. wt. compatibilizer, and 1-2 pt. wt. antioxidant. The modified filler is obtained by adding modified glass fiber to the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion with pH of less than 7, mixing uniformly, allowing to stand, performing solid-liquid separation, and washing to obtain the intermediate material, adding the intermediate material to the modified nano-montmorillonite aqueous dispersion with pH of 7, mixing uniformly, allowing to stand for the second time, performing solid-liquid separation, washing, and drying to obtain the modified filler, and modifying silane coupling agent containing an amino group to obtain modified glass fiber and the modified nano-montmorillonite. USE - The polyamide material is useful for automobile damping spring pad. ADVANTAGE - The polyamide material: is light and has good toughness and strength; and provides the automobile damping spring pad with improved interface bonding performance and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing polyamide material for automobile shock-absorbing spring pad comprising melt blending polyamide66, polypropylene, compatibilizer, and antioxidant to obtain semi-finished granules, mixing the semi-finished granules and modified fillers and extruding by a twin-screw machine to obtain polyamide materials for automobile shock-absorbing spring pads.
