NOVELTY - The preparation method of large-area patterned graphene involves (1) cutting copper foil used for growing graphene to form a preliminary pattern, to obtain preliminary patterned copper foil, (2) growing graphene on the preliminary patterned copper foil to obtain graphene on the surface of the preliminary patterned copper foil, (3) transferring the graphene on the surface of the preliminary patterned copper foil to a PVC substrate to obtain graphene transferred to the PVC, and (4) cutting the PVC substrate. USE - Preparation method of large-area patterned graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of large-area patterned graphene which ensures size and satisfies the requirements, and provides the possibility of discrete regulation of graphene pattern elements.
