NOVELTY - A graphene/carbon nanotube aerogel-based micro super capacitor manufacturing method involves making SU-8 mold with a golden finger at the bottom by photolithography and peel-off method, injecting mixed solution of prepared graphene oxide and carbon nano-tube into the mold, drying by freezing, annealing and reducing to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene/carbon nanotube aerogel-based micro super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the graphene/carbon nanotube aerogel-based micro super capacitor with large specific capacity, better cycle performance and high mechanical stability.
