▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Production of article (10) involves preparing (i) component(s) (11,11') of a fiber-reinforced composite material comprising fibers of a polyamide (a) in a matrix of a polyamide (b), fibers and a matrix of the same polyamide in two different crystalline forms A and B, or fibers (12,12') and a matrix of the same polyamide in two forms A and B with different molecular weights, arranging (ii) the component(s) (11,11') inside a mold cavity, pre-heating (iii) and possibly thermoforming the component (11,11') in mold, injecting (iv) a molten polyamide (c) optionally loaded with a dispersed filler into the space of the cavity not occupied by the component (11,11'), and solidifying (v) the polyamide (c) to obtain a non-fiber-reinforced component (13) optionally loaded with dispersed filler and removing the obtained article from the mold. The polyamide (a) of the fibers has a high melting point than the polyamide (b) of the matrix. USE - Production of article (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to rear component of seat, bumper, air bag housing, toothbrush, etc. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of article having high mechanical strength and excellent dimensional characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of article comprising coupling of at least two polyamide-based components (20,21) including a component (13) made of a polyamide matrix optionally loaded with a filler dispersed in the matrix, and a component (11,11') made of a polyamide matrix reinforced with fibers made of a polyamide involves preparing (i) component(s) (11,11') of a fiber-reinforced composite material comprising fibers of a polyamide (a) in a matrix of a polyamide (b), fibers and a matrix of the same polyamide in two different crystalline forms A and B, or fibers (12,12') and a matrix of the same polyamide in two forms A and B with different molecular weights, arranging (ii) the component(s) (11,11') inside a mold cavity having a shape and/or a size so as not to be completely occupied by the component (11,11'), pre-heating (iii) and possibly thermoforming the component (11,11') in mold, injecting (iv) a molten polyamide (c) optionally loaded with a dispersed filler into the space of the cavity not occupied by the component (11,11'), and solidifying (v) the polyamide (c) to obtain a non-fiber-reinforced component (13) optionally loaded with dispersed filler and removing the obtained article from the mold. The polyamide (a) of the fibers has a high melting point than the polyamide (b) of the matrix. The process (ii) and process (iii) can be performed in any chronological order.
