▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of graphene oxide (GO)/polylactic acid (PLA) layer by layer self-assembled barrier film, involves under the action of an electric field, alternately dipping the polylactic acid film into the polyethyleneimine solution and the graphene oxide solution for deposition, and obtaining the barrier film after repeating one or more alternate dipping operations. USE - The method is used for preparation of graphene oxide (GO)/polylactic acid (PLA) layer by layer self-assembled barrier film (claimed) used in packaging material, such as food packaging material, packaging material for pharmaceutical products, food packaging materials, packaging materials for medical products, and packaging material used for medical devices. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method has the advantage of high preparation efficiency of GO/PLA layer-by-layer self-assembly barrier film with high barrier performance. The method deposits the GO and polyethyleneimine (PEI) on the PLA substrate by electrostatic force to improve barrier performance of PLA, and auxiliary preparation under the induction of the electric field, on the one hand, effectively accelerates the deposition speed of GO and PEI of each layer, improves the film making efficiency, and on the other hand, increases the adsorption amount of each layers of GO, so as to reduce the needed deposition layer number, and improving the film-making efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a barrier film prepared by the above method.
