▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor (200) has magnetization fixed layer (12B) and magnetization free layer (12C) that are arranged on graphene layer (7) which are electrically connected with electrodes (20A,20D). A lower magnetic-shielding layer (22) and top magnetic shielding layers (11,12) are arranged from both sides of lamination direction of graphene layer, magnetization fixed layer and magnetization free layer. The material of magnetization free and fixed layers is selected from chromium, manganese, cobalt, iron, nickel and alloy containing boron, carbon and nitrogen. USE - Magnetic sensor e.g. spin accumulation type magnetic sensor for use in thin film magnetic recording and reproducing head. Can also be used in small robot, digital camera, ink-jet printer, magnetic encoder apparatus, magnetic field measuring device, and magnetism detection device. ADVANTAGE - Magnetic sensor with sufficient detection sensitivity can be provided so that high detection output of sensor can be achieved.
