▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The biosensor has an ITO glass substrate covered with graphite. Two sides of a cover are covered with graphene. A source electrode and a drain electrode are covered with the ITO glass substrate that is covered with a PET gasket. An upper part of the PET gasket is covered with a sputtering gold film of a PET substrate. Insulating silica gel is filled in a sample pool that is arranged on the ITO glass substrate. Size of the PET substrate is about 18 asterisk 5 mm. Thickness of the gold film is about 1 mm. Thickness of the ITO glass substrate is about 185 nm. USE - Graphene FET biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor improves detection sensitivity.
