NOVELTY - Graphene fiber comprises a modified graphene masterbatch comprising a graphene oxide, an silver-titania composite nanoparticle and a maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene, and a polypropylene slice. The silver-titania composite nanoparticles are uniformly supported in the graphene oxide sheet layer. The maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene is linked to the graphene oxide loaded with the silver-titania composite nanoparticles by a chemical bond. USE - Graphene fiber for product such as mask, a face towel or an underwear (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene fiber has excellent mechanical properties and antibacterial properties, and the far-infrared function is prominent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing a graphene fiber, which involves uniformly mixing the modified graphene masterbatch with the polypropylene slice, and performing melt spinning to obtain graphene fibers.
